Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company Juhai Branch (hereinafter referred to as Juhai Branch) is a Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company branch, established on February 24, 2009, the company type is joint stock company branch (listed), the business place is located in Cangzhou Lingang Chemical Industry Park, Bohai New District, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, north of Junyan Road, the person in charge of Li Yongkuo. Juhai Branch is mainly responsible for the implementation of the construction project of Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company in Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company is located at No. 19 Yongji East Road, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, with a registered capital of 259.30 million yuan, the legal representative is Xie Huasheng, and the company type is joint stock company (listed).
Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company is affiliated to Cangzhou Dahua Group Co., Ltd. Cangzhou Dahua Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Cangzhou Chemical Fertilizer Factory in Hebei Province, is a large-scale backbone enterprise in nitrogen fertilizer production in our country and a main enterprise in TDI production. It is one of the 520 key state-owned enterprises in the country and a large-scale pillar enterprise group in Hebei Province. The group includes Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company, Cangzhou Dahua TDI Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Dahua Group Huanghua Chlor-Alkali Co., Ltd., Baili Industry and Trade Company, Juhai Branch and other units, which produce and sell synthetic ammonia, urea, TDI, nitric acid, caustic soda and other products. In October 2006, Cangzhou Dahua Group Co., Ltd. and China National Chemical Corporation were restructured and became a holding subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation.
Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company was approved by the Hebei Provincial Government and initiated by Cangzhou Dahua Group Co., Ltd. and was officially established on September 24, 1998. In March 2000, the company issued A stocks to the public, and became a listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in April of the same year (stock abbreviation: Cangzhou Dahua, stock code: 600230). The company has a full set of 300,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia and 480,000 tons/year urea plants, 30,000 tons/year concentrated nitric acid and 50,000 tons/year ammonium nitrate plants, and 300,000 tons/year large granular urea plants. The company's leading product "Tishon" brand urea is a well-known brand product in the market, and the quality has reached the international level.
In order to meet the needs of the continuous development of enterprises, Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company began to plan and build a series of construction projects in Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2003.
Juhai Branch currently has 685 employees, including production department, safety technology department, mechanical power department, finance department, comprehensive management department, office, dispatching room, supply department and other functional departments, as well as 9 production workshops including water vapor workshop, gas workshop, hydrogen nitrate workshop, actinic workshop, maintenance workshop, quality inspection center, finished product workshop, electrolysis workshop, nitric acid workshop, etc.
The company has established a full-time safety management organization - the Safety Technology Department, with 13 full-time safety management personnel in the department, and full-time safety management personnel in the production workshop. There are 26 full-time safety management personnel in the company.
The company actively carries out safety standardization work and passed the safety standardization second-level evaluation organized by the Hebei Provincial Safety Production Supervision and Administration Bureau on September 25, 2012.
Juhai Branch mainly produces and operates TDI, liquid chlorine, caustic soda, nitric acid and other products. The factory has a set of 50,000 tons/year TDI and 70,000 tons/year TDI devices, a set of 160,000 tons/year caustic soda devices and a set of 135,000 tons/year nitric acid devices.
In order to further reduce production costs and improve product market competitiveness, after repeated demonstration and program comparison, Juhai Branch decided to build a raw material gas transformation project in the existing plant area. The main construction content of the project is to stop the gas plant and air separation unit of the company's existing gas plant, purchase CO and H2 from Zhengyuan Company, and purchase N2 from AP Company; add a hydrogen treatment device, and process the by-product H2 of the electrolysis workshop of the company's existing ion membrane caustic soda plant and enter the company's hydrogenation plant for use or sale.

In June 2015, Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company Juhai Branch officially commissioned Huafei Company to conduct safety condition evaluation of its raw material gas transformation project, and signed a safety evaluation service contract. According to the requirements of the safety condition evaluation contract and the actual situation of the construction project, Huafei Company established a safety evaluation team for the raw material gas transformation project, and then entered the project site to conduct on-site investigation, collect and organize various documents, materials and data required for the safety condition evaluation. According to the on-site investigation and the documents, materials and data collected, the safety condition evaluation report of the raw material gas transformation project of Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company Juhai Branch was prepared, and the problems encountered in the evaluation process were promptly conferred with the evaluated unit to make the final evaluation conclusion.
