Hebei Dapeng Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. was restructured by Wuqiao Xingda Chemical Co., Ltd. in July 2004. The company settled in the West Songmen Industrial Park, Dongsongmen Township, Wuqiao County in June 2011, covering an area of about 123128 m2. The company is a new type of pharmaceutical chemical enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production and operation. The main product is 2.4 (2.6) -dimethylaniline (hereinafter referred to as dimethylaniline), with an annual capacity of 4000t.
Hebei Dapeng Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. now produces the main raw materials required for m-xylene, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, liquid alkali, methanol, etc.; uses nickel as a catalyst; uses liquid ammonia as a refrigerant; intermediate products include 2,4-dimethyl nitrobenzene, 2,6-dimethyl nitrobenzene and hydrogen; products are 2,4-dimethyl aniline, 2,6-dimethyl aniline. The company is a hazardous chemical production enterprise. The company has obtained the safety production license issued by the Cangzhou Safety Production Supervision and Administration Bureau on March 14, 2012 (No.: (Cang) WH Anxu license [2012] 090064), valid period until March 13, 2015.

Hebei Dapeng Pharmaceutical and Chemical Co., Ltd. commissioned Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct a safety evaluation of the company's production, storage and transportation facilities and public works facilities in November 2014, and signed a safety evaluation technical service contract.
This safety status evaluation is based on the company's surrounding relationships, general layout, production equipment, supporting public works and auxiliary facilities, safety management, etc. The safety evaluation is mainly based on the safety checklist evaluation method, and is compared according to the current national laws and regulations and standards. To find out the non-conformities, so that the enterprise can carry out rectification and improvement in a targeted manner; for the more dangerous units, the pre-hazard analysis method is used to evaluate the main dangerous factors, accident causes, triggering events, accident consequences, and hazard levels, etc., and the evaluation conclusions are drawn, and reasonable and feasible safety countermeasures and suggestions are put forward; for the equipment and facilities with greater danger levels, the risk assessment method, the chemical fire explosion index method, and the accident consequence simulation evaluation methods are used to quantitatively evaluate the degree of danger and formulate emergency rescue plans for the enterprise And provide the basis for key prevention.
After solid work, the safety status evaluation report of this project was completed in January 2015.
