2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Baoding Tianwei Yingli New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianwei Yingli") is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly funded by Yingli Green Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yingli International") (accounting for 74.01% of the shares) and Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric joint stock company (25.99%). The company was established on August 28, 1998 with a registered capital of 3.37522 billion yuan and a registered address of No. 3055, Fuxing Middle Road, National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Baoding City. "Tianwei Yingli" is a high-tech photovoltaic enterprise integrating R & D, production and sales. Mainly engaged in the research, manufacturing, sales and service of crystalline silicon ingots, wafers, solar cells, modules, control-inverters, photovoltaic system engineering and photovoltaic application products.
In 2009, the third phase of the project as a whole passed the safety acceptance organized by the Baoding Safety Production Supervision and Administration Bureau. In 2010, Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. conducted a safety status evaluation of its battery production workshop involved in the use of hazardous chemicals, and filed an evaluation report with the Baoding Safety Supervision Bureau. The factory is located in the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in the north of Baoding City. The house number is No. 3399, Peking University Street, Chaoyang City. The specific location is south of Baoding North Third Ring Road, east of Chaoyang Peking University Street and north of Hengyuan Road. The central coordinates of the factory are 115 ° 27 ′ 55.45 'east longitude and 38 ° 55 ′ 41.73' north latitude.
The project site is located about 5km from the entrance of Beijing-Guangzhou Expressway and 8km from Baoding Railway Station, providing convenient road and rail transportation for the transportation of raw materials, fuels and products.
Due to the change in the property rights of the project, according to the requirements of Articles 22 and 32 of Order No. 591 of the State Council of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals, a new safety evaluation and filing are required.
This evaluation is conducted separately according to property rights. This report evaluates the 300MW production facility belonging to "Tianwei Yingli" in the third phase of the project, mainly for production and storage of hazardous chemicals.

After solid work, the safety status evaluation report of this project was completed in June 2012.
