2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
The organizational management system of Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. includes three production companies, two auxiliary companies, and 28 functional areas of business.
The company currently has 11041 employees, including 7990 production personnel, 636 management personnel, and 2425 auxiliary personnel. The company has a safety management department, which is a functional area of business with a manager and 18 full-time safety managers, all of whom hold safety management personnel certificates.
In December 2003, the high-tech industrialization demonstration project "100MW polysilicon solar cell and application system demonstration project" (referred to as the first and second phases of the project) was officially accepted by the state. In 2006, 3.26 hectares of land were acquired at No. 3399, Chaoyang Peking University Street, National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Baoding City, and a 1500MW solar cell project was planned. By July 2009, a polysilicon solar cell production project with an annual capacity of 500MW was completed (hereinafter referred to as the third phase project).
The third-phase production project provides power distribution, fire protection, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, construction structures and other infrastructure, and the 300MW production facility of 500MW is funded by the joint venture company "Tianwei Yingli". The 200MW production facility is funded and constructed by Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yingli China"), a subsidiary of "Yingli International".
The factory is located in the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in the north of Baoding City. The house number is Baoding Chaoyang Peking University Street No. 3399. The specific location is south of Baoding North Third Ring Road, east of Chaoyang Peking University Street and north of Hengyuan Road. The north side of the factory boundary is about 100m away from Baoding North Third Ring Road, about 550m away from Dongyinzhuang Village, about 1500m away from Dongnan Han Village, and about 2200m away from Yangzhuang; the north-northwest direction is about 1800m away from Southwest Han Village; the north-northeast direction is about 2000m away from Xiaoying Village, and the distance is about 2300m away from Shuibeizhuang; the northeast direction is about 250m away from Baoding North City Third Dairy Breeding Base, with a breeding scale of about 1300 heads and a distance of about 1800m for Yangcun; the east-northeast direction is about 2000m away from Daxiliang Village; the east side of the plot boundary is adjacent to Yingli China's annual output of 800MW polysilicon solar cell project plot, about 490m away from Sunshine Peking University Street, and about 580m away from Kangcheng Champagne Town and Public Security Guard Community, about 1150m away from Hongfu Manor The southeast direction is about 580m away from Baoding Botanical Garden, and the distance is about 2200m for left-behind grave village; the south-southeast direction is about 960m away from Sunshine Community; the south side is close to Hengyuan Road, about 200m away from Huazhuang Village, and about 1900m away from Shenzhuang; the west side is close to Chaoyang Peking University Street, about 60m away from Caozhuang, and about 200m away from Baoding Xiaoxing Tianwei Transformer Co., Ltd.; the northwest direction is about 1600m away from Damafang Village.
In 2010, Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. conducted a safety evaluation of its battery production workshop involved in the use of hazardous chemicals, and filed an evaluation report with the Baoding Safety Supervision Bureau. In March 2012, Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. commissioned Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct a safety evaluation of its 200MW polysilicon solar cell project.

In March 2012, Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. commissioned Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct a safety evaluation of its 200MW polysilicon solar cell project status. After solid work, the evaluation report of this project was completed in May 2012.
