2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Jiangsu Brother Vitamin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Brother Vitamin Company) is located in Dafenggang Petrochemical New Materials Industrial Park, Dafeng District, Yancheng City. It was established on May 8, 2005 with a registered capital of 102.671988 million yuan and legal representative: Qian Zhida. The total area of the enterprise is about 221883.72 square meters. The company currently has 342 employees and has established a full-time safety management agency - Safety Management Department, with a total of 7 full-time safety management personnel and 3 registered safety engineers.
Brother Vitamin Company is invested and built by Brother Technology Group Co., Ltd. The main product is vitamin B1, which is used in feed additives and food additives. About 80% of the products are exported to the United States, Germany, Belgium, Singapore, Malaysia, Colombia and other countries.
Brother Vitamin Company issued a new dangerous chemical safety production license on May 4, 2018. License number: (Su) WH safety license [J00352], valid period: May 4, 2018 to May 3, 2021. According to the "Implementation Measures for the Safety Production License of Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises" (Order No. 41 of the General Administration of Safety Supervision, 2015 Revised Edition), Brother Vitamin Company needs to apply for a replacement.

In November 2020, Jiangsu Brother Vitamins Co., Ltd. commissioned Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct safety status (certificate replacement) evaluation work and signed a safety evaluation technical service contract. Huafei established an evaluation team in a timely manner, carefully collected relevant laws, regulations, standards and relevant technical information, and went to the site to conduct on-site inspections of the surrounding environment, layout, process technology, etc. of the factory area, and collected relevant information.
In March 2021, the first draft of the safety evaluation report was completed, which was verified by experts organized by the Yancheng Dafeng District Emergency Management Bureau and the Yancheng Emergency Management Bureau. After rectification and confirmation, the evaluation report was revised and improved accordingly, and the revised safety status (certificate replacement) evaluation report was delivered to the enterprise.
