2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Baoding Yinguu Gas Station is located in Xiyuan Village, Mancheng District, Baoding City. It was established in 1999 and is a sole proprietorship enterprise. The person in charge is Zhang Xiuqin and there are currently 4 employees. It mainly deals in two varieties of gasoline and diesel for vehicles. There are 3 directly buried horizontal SF oil storage tanks in the storage tank area, including 1 gasoline storage tank of 25m3 and 2 diesel storage tanks of 25m3. There are 4 refueling machines in the refueling area, which are arranged in double rows. The gasoline facilities are equipped with oil and gas recovery systems. It covers an area of 1700m2. The main buildings include station buildings, single-story buildings (including finance rooms, business halls, power distribution rooms, station master's rooms, etc.), canopies, auxiliary rooms, and tank pools. The building area of the station building is 21.6m2, and the canopy area is 289m2.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and Hebei Province and the evaluation contract signed by Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Baoding Yinguo Gas Station, the evaluation scope is the external safety conditions, general layout and construction (structure) of the gas station in Baoding Yinguo Gas Station, process system and equipment (station building, tank area, refueling area and auxiliary facilities), public works and auxiliary works, safety management and other aspects of safety conditions evaluation.

In April 2018, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team to officially start the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the stationmaster of the Yinggu gas station in Baoding City many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to follow up the investigation many times and grasp the first-hand information and data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety evaluation report of this project was compiled and completed by the end of April 2018.
