Huamao Company is funded and built by Yongqing Huamao Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., established in February 2007, completed the construction and officially put into operation in December 2008, with an investment of more than 40 million yuan in fixed assets and 98 employees. Yongqing Huamao Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in Houyi Industrial Functional Zone, Yongqing County, Langfang City, Hebei Province. The company uses advanced and mature green and environmentally friendly synthesis technology to transform six kinds of traditional chemical reactions with serious pollution into green chemical reactions that do not produce three wastes, and applies them to the large-scale industrial preparation of multiple products. The company's factory area is about 290m in length from north to south and 459m in width from east to west. The entire factory area covers an area of about 133058m2 (about 200 acres).
Commissioned by Hebei Huamao Weiye Technology Co., Ltd., Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. has undertaken its major hazard assessment project. The scope of this assessment is the production equipment, storage facilities and supporting public works and auxiliary facilities in the company's factory area, including the assessment of equipment and facilities that constitute major hazards, related safety facilities and monitoring facilities, and the safety management of major hazards.
After identification, the company constitutes a major hazard source of hazardous chemicals, of which the second tank area alone constitutes a major hazard source of tertiary hazardous chemicals, which should be managed in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, standards and norms related to major hazards of hazardous chemicals.

4. Time and main tasks for on-site security evaluation work, evaluation report time:
Hebei Huamao Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. commissioned Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to evaluate the major hazard sources identified by it. In early 2017, the relevant personnel of our company rushed to the enterprise site, inspected the equipment and facilities, consulted the archives and collected other relevant information. In the subsequent work, the staff conducted an assessment and analysis of the company's major hazard sources in accordance with relevant requirements, and completed the "Major Hazard Source security evaluation report" in September 2017.
