2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Baoding Fengfan Meixin Company currently has two old and new factories. The old factory is located at No. 299 Longxing Road in Baoding High-tech Development Zone, covering an area of 25 mu and a construction area of 10678m2. There are more than 150 employees, including 45 technicians, accounting for 30% of the total number. There are four baffle production lines with an annual output of 2 × 107m2; the new factory project is located in Mafang Township, Baoding High-tech Zone, covering an area of 100 mu. Two baffle production lines are arranged with an annual output of 3.6 × 107m2. This time, the facilities that have been built in the new factory area are accepted.
The project covers an area of 69,600 square meters, with a total construction area of 12,600 square meters. The construction content includes two production lines, as well as supporting tank farms, power supply and distribution facilities, water supply and drainage facilities, boiler heating facilities, compressed air and other auxiliary facilities. The construction structures include 2 workshops, 1 warehouse, 1 boiler room, 1 tank farm, office and auxiliary rooms.

4. List of personnel, time, and main tasks to carry out safety evaluation work on site, and evaluation report time:
In November 2014, Huafei established an engineering evaluation team and officially launched the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the engineering and technical personnel of Fengfan Meixin Battery Baffle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to follow up the investigation and grasp the first-hand information data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the completion acceptance safety evaluation report of this project (submitted version) was compiled in March 2015. On April 3, 2015, the company invited relevant experts and municipal and district safety supervision departments to jointly review the report and accept the site.
