2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Hebei Dapeng Pharmaceutical and Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dapeng Pharmaceutical Company) was restructured by Wuqiao Xingda Chemical Co., Ltd. in July 2004. It is located in Songmen Industrial Park, Songmen Township, Wuqiao County. It covers an area of 72036 m2, with a construction area of 6000 m2. Registered capital: 2.18 million yuan, fixed assets: 14 million yuan, and 108 employees. The company is a new type of pharmaceutical and chemical enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production and operation. The main products are 2.4 (2.6) -dimethylaniline (hereinafter referred to as dimethylaniline), and the intermediate product is 2.4 (2.6) -dimethylnitrobenzene. After several years of technological transformation and expansion, the annual capacity of 2.4 (2.6) -dimethylaniline of the company has reached 4000 tons.
The specific evaluation scope of the safety evaluation of the completion acceptance of the safety facilities of this nitrification technical transformation and hydrogenation reduction expansion project (Phase II project) includes: 1000Nm3/h hydrogen production unit, 2000t/a hydrogenation reduction unit;

4. List of personnel, time, and main tasks to carry out safety evaluation work on site, and evaluation report time:
Hebei Dapeng Pharmaceutical and Chemical Co., Ltd. approached Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to discuss the safety evaluation of the company. Then, Huafei Company appointed relevant personnel to Hebei Dapeng Pharmaceutical and Chemical Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site inspections to understand the main equipment, production scale, general layout, public works supply and surrounding relationships of the project, and collected relevant information on the project, and made relevant risk analysis of the project. After many conferrals, the relevant personnel of the two companies formed a preliminary intention and clarified the object and scope of the evaluation. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site, went to the unit where the project was located to investigate the site, invited relevant personnel to introduce the relevant situation of the project, and conducted a detailed investigation of the surrounding environment and plant site. Identified the dangerous and harmful factors existing in the project, put forward reasonable and feasible safety countermeasures and suggestions for the hidden dangers existing in the project, and exchanged views with the construction unit. The construction unit made active rectification and formed an evaluation report after review. Delivered to the construction unit in November 2013.
