This project is for Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company Juhai branch TDI device supporting construction. Juhai branch existing 2 sets of TDI devices, the total capacity of 120,000 tons/year, Juhai branch plans to expand the TDI device transformation, plan by the end of 2015, TDI device capacity will reach 150,000 tons/year, then the demand for nitric acid will reach 130,000 tons/year. To this end, Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company to build nitric acid project.

In August 2013, Cangzhou Dahua joint stock company commissioned Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct a safety evaluation of its 135,000 tons/year (450 tons/day) nitric acid project. And sent people to the project site for on-site inspection to understand the safety, environmental protection and other aspects related to the project, and provide information for the project risk analysis. After solid work, the safety condition evaluation report of this project was completed in September 2013.
