2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Hebei Jinghua Chemical Co., Ltd. has built a liquid ammonia tank area on the east side of the southern part of the factory, with three horizontal liquid ammonia storage tanks with a single tank volume of 100m3. The tank area is uniformly managed by the synthesis section of the synthetic ammonia division. Due to the fact that the tank area is close to the sensitive points such as the 35kV substation in the factory and the residential area outside the factory (the dormitory of the cement factory), with the development of the economy, the safety and environmental protection situation faced by the enterprise is becoming increasingly severe. Hebei Jinghua Chemical Co., Ltd., in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development and the actual situation of the enterprise, plans to relocate these three horizontal liquid ammonia storage tanks to the north of the liquid ammonia spherical tank (with a 400m3 spherical tank) on the east side of the northern part of the district, forming a tank area with it, and using the 400m3 liquid ammonia spherical tank as an accident backup tank for the three horizontal liquid ammonia tanks. After the relocation, it will not only be conducive to the long-term safe and stable operation of the enterprise, but also promote the survival and development of the enterprise.

4. List of personnel, time, and main tasks to carry out safety evaluation work on site, and evaluation report time:
In June 2012, Hebei Jinghua Chemical Co., Ltd. approached Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. to discuss the safety evaluation work. Huafei Company appointed relevant personnel to go to the project site in June 2012 to conduct on-site inspections, understand the scale of the project, the general layout, the supply of public works and the surrounding relationship, and collect relevant information on the project. Relevant personnel of the two companies have conferred many times to form a preliminary intention and initially clarify the object and scope of the evaluation. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site, identified the dangerous and harmful factors existing in the project, conducted a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the inherent danger degree of the project according to the divided evaluation units, and analyzed the risk degree of the project, put forward targeted safety countermeasures and suggestions, and exchanged views with the construction unit, and made a safety evaluation conclusion on this basis. After solid work, the safety status evaluation report of the project was completed in July 2012.
